The former French teacher in Vesoul, Melisey, and Faverney happily came on an official visit to Haute-Saône at the invitation of Olivier Rietmann. A farm, the livestock festival, and an impromptu party in Blondefontaine.

Blondefontaine, its star, its octagonal church, unique in France, its champions, and its mischievous mayor. Jacky Favret reserved a welcome full of surprises for the Minister of Agriculture. Annie Genevard wasn't too disoriented, as a neighbor from Franche-Comté, and especially remembering her various affections in Haute-Saône when she was a French teacher.
